I have loved every moment of raising my daughter- watching her grow, learning from her, and sharing so many special experiences together. But somewhere along the way, I realized I needed to take care of myself too- to find my own energy, balance, and sense of calm.
Twenty- five years ago, as a single mother, my life revolved around her, and often put my own needs last. When my daughter was two, we moved to Madrid, Spain, where I started my career as an interior designer. Three years later, we returned to New York, and I continued interior design while raising her. Weekends were filled with horse shows, supporting her passion as an equestrian jumper. Through it all, eating well and staying active became my lifeline, helping me navigate the fast pace of Manhattan life with energy and calm. Those years taught me that wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly- it’s about the small, intentional choices we make each day that quietly nourish our body, mind and heart, even when life is overwhelming.
My Greek and Swedish heritage taught me the value of simple, mindful living. When I was younger I spent my summers in Greece, which showed me how nourishing food, gentle movements, and slowing down can bring joy and balance to every day life- lessons that have stayed with me ever since.
I know firsthand how life can feel overwhelming, and I’ve walked the path to reclaim balance, vitality, and joy. As a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach through the Spencer Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Association, my mission is to help women create a balanced lifestyle through mindfulness, simple exercise routines, and Mediterranean food guidance.
